I’m Dean, a queer trans man and life coach. I work with people who know they’re capable of more, but don’t want to become someone else to get there. If you’ve spent years navigating systems that weren’t built for you, learning to mask, adapt, or second-guess yourself, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.
I also help leaders develop the awareness, skills, and confidence to lead inclusively.
