Pride Month is a double-edged experience, where visibility and celebration coexist with struggles and challenges. It's a time to appreciate the progress made while acknowledging the work still ahead. The sense of belonging and connection during Pride is irreplaceable, yet the pressure of increased visibility can feel overwhelming.
